Evaluation Method of Technical Contribution Rate of U.S. Aircraft Carrier Combat System-of-Systems Considering the Influence of Time and Space

Aiming at the current evaluation methods of technical contribution rate are mostly based on static combat networks with low credibility of the evaluation results,an evaluation method of technical contribution rate of U.S. aircraft carrier combat system-of-systems considering the influence of time and space is proposed.The U.S. aircraft carrier combat network model considering time and space factors is constructed based on OODA (observation,orientation,decision,action) operation loop.The effectiveness evaluation method of combat system-of-systems based on self-information is proposed. Combining the degree of technical support for equipment combat technical indicators, an evaluation model of technical contribution rate is established.Taking the air defense and anti-missile combat system-of-systems of the U.S. aircraft carrier as an example,the results show that the proposed method fully takes into account the spatial-temporal dynamic characteristics of the combat network,which can assess the contribution rate of technology more realistically and objectively,and support for the equipment project approval demonstration and technology optimization development.

Considering the urgent need for the construction of marine ship defense system under the new situation and the present condition about rapid development of unmanned system swarm technology as a new type of threat,a kind of defense concept and alternative solution from the aspects of the detection and interception in a setting of marine ship encountering the threat of unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) swarms and UUV is proposed unmanned underwater vehicle swarms.In detail,different defense concepts under the circumstances of air and underwater are given from two perspectives of defense strategy which are passive defense after alarming and active defense for pre-detecting.what’s more,the relevant technologies involved in the defense concept is explained,suggestions about corresponding development and the key technologies which need to be solved are given.The conception has a positive reference value and practical significance for the future ship defense system,and provides preliminary and feasible research ideas for the future ship equipment construction.

Aiming at the demonstration and evaluation characteristics of systematic reliability,maintainability and supportability (RMS) requirements on complex equipment systems,through the research on RMS requirements, capability analysis, architecture analysis,simulation and evaluation of equipment system, the procedures and techniques for demonstrating and evaluating the RMS requirements of complex equipment systems are proposed. The idea of software platform architecture based on the above technology is given, which provides ideas and methods for carrying out the demonstration and evaluation of the RMS requirements of the complex equipment system that emphasizes systemization and actualization.

Early Warning Information Generation Method for High Orbit Early Warning Satellite

Aiming at the process of transition between high orbit early warning satellites and long range early warning radars in the course of missile defense, two issues were investigated: ballistic error propagation and missile warning information representation. The calculation process of ballistic error propagation using CADET was described. For the results of the error propagation, four kinds of early warning information models, which included the probability ellipsoid model, the probability spherical model, the uniform ellipsoid model, and the uniform sphere model were proposed. The missile warning information of different granularities was calculated using the four models. The simulation results showed that the early warning information models established described the missile state more fully.

Radar measurement error is a main factor affecting the hand over precision during terminal guidance of the air defense missile weapon system, and the method to synthesize and evaluate the error is the key point in the weapon system research. Pointing at the common methods of error synthesis, the statistical results of each error synthesis method are analyzed, and the applicability of each error synthesis methods is studied. The radar flight calibration data are used for verification, which can be taken as the basis of the weapon system precision chain design.

To solve the problems of high cost, slow development speed and complex test conditions of the guided projectile fuze, a simulation test projectile was designed based on the standard grenade, which is used to simulate the launching environment of the fuze. Since the speed of test projectile is low under the condition of not using the tail fin, the flying stability of the projectile within the muzzle distance from 200 meters to 300 meters needs to be considered. In flight, because the resistance direction is not consistent with the direction of the center of mass movement, the resultant force does not necessarily pass through the centroid, forcing the projectile to rotate in the air, so the rotation speed and aerodynamic shape design of the projectile body is the necessary condition for the projectile flight stability. The flight stability of the projectile within a certain distance is calculated, the stability simulation analysis is carried out with the numerical calculation results, and the numerical simulation calculation can provide effective reference for the projectile aerodynamic shape design.

Early warning system formed by infrared satellites of both high and low orbits is designed, and high thrown interception scheme is proposed to cope with the threat of hypersonic glide warhead. Dynamic model is established based on performance parameters of typical glide warhead and THAAD. Detection process and interception process are simulated by STK and Matlab softwares. The results shows that the infrared satellite constellation can achieve better binary coverage, the high thrown interception scheme has longer intercept window and bigger defense extent, the correcting capability of midcourse guidance is outstanding, and acceleration of terminal guidance is appropriate.
